Navigation

The approach is only recommended during the day. It is approached from the north via a buoyed fairway east of the island of Lilleø (minimum depth 1.7 m).

Berths

Guests can moor in free spaces - by arrangement with the harbour master. The water depth is 1.5 - 2 m. The approx. 40 m long service quay between the two slips is only for short stays, crew must remain on board, prior arrangement with the harbour master is desired. 

The small boat harbour, approx. 0.5 nm north of the marina, is heavily occupied by local boats. Finding a berth here (at a water depth of 1.5 m) is hopeless.

Surroundings

The modern marina has fuel, yacht equipment and a travel lift. Further supply options are available in Jyllinge, 800m away - including a sailmaker's shop.

NV Land Guide

Finding space in the city harbor, the smallest of Jyllinge's three harbors, is virtually impossible and a matter of luck in the not much larger private North Harbor. On the other hand, finding a free berth in the Jyllinge South supermarina is no problem at all. So you only have the north and south harbors to choose from. The location of these two harbors on a particularly scenic section of the Roskildefjord leaves nothing to be desired, but they cannot be said to have a particularly cozy atmosphere. Both are surrounded by a huge suburban and vacation home area, especially in Jyllinge South.

Both are located on large harbor aprons, with an American style predominating in the South Harbor. The cropped lawns between large concrete areas do not give you the feeling of being in Denmark. On the other hand, the facilities of the modern facility for 400 yachts are quite good. There is a restaurant, a kiosk, a café and a clubhouse. You have to walk about one kilometer to the shopping complex "Jyllingecentret" in a north-easterly direction and can take the opportunity to take a short walk from there to the tiny "commercial harbour" of the village. A few pretty thatched-roof houses of old Jyllinge line the way.
