Description

The port of Bonifazio is a unique experience. You arrive at the port via an impressive entrance lined with high cliffs. The port has several yacht clubs where you can dock, right next to the dock is a beautiful shopping street with various restaurants, bars, clubs and cafes. In addition, the old town is worth a visit. There is a good supply of water and electricity, but the showers are very old. In addition, there is a gas station and a sail store on site.

Ein unwirklich schöner Ort. Eine Kontaktaufnahme und Vorabbuchung ist möglich. Die Marina ist teuer, aber alles andere im Ort ist noch teurer. Die Sanitärräume sind nur mäßig. Am Hafen ist ein Restaurant neben dem nächsten. Die Oberstadt ist sensationell. Was die Yachten angeht, hat Bonifacio St. Tropez den Rang abgelaufen. Hier muß man mindestens mal einen Tag gewesen sein.

Wir lagen insgesamt zwei Nächte im Hafen von Bonifazio. Es war ein wirklich wunderschöner Ausflug, da die Stadt wirklich sehenswert ist und es viele schöne Restaurants, Bars und Cafés gibt. Der Hafen ist immer sehr voll, d.h. man sollte entweder früh kommen oder sich vorher anmelden, um noch einen Platz zu bekommen. In der Hafeneinfahrt und im ganzen Bereich von Bonifacio können sehr starke Winde auftreten, die das festmachen erschweren. Außerdem sind die Liegeplätze sehr eng. Das Personal ist allerdings sehr hilfsbereit.
