In the period from the 16th up to and including the 18th calendar week of 2024, water injection work will be carried out by the WI. Device (e) Akke and Jan will take place. The vehicle(s) carry(s) signals in accordance with KVR Rule 27 letters b) and d) and can be heard on VHF channels 11 and 16. Obstructions must be expected. Consideration is required. Vessels taking on ballast water must expect a significantly increased sediment content in the harbor water during the above-mentioned period and for two weeks thereafter. Following the water injection work, diving work will again take place at the Husum barrier during the day to check and clean the gates and recesses.
