Description

A small hiden natural harbour in a fjord like bay and a nice place to head for. About 9 Guest berths are available on the outside of the main pier and breakwater on the southern side. 

Water is available from a tap on the pier, no other facilities. Bars and restaurants ashore, supermarket about 10 min walk (uphill) away.

The approach itself is straightforward, although the bay, which is 7 miles north-east of Cabo Salinas, can be difficult to find. Once close enough, the small lighthouse (white with vertical black stripes) can be made out to starboard of the entrance.

Once inside the entrance, one will also see the short pier at the end of the bay. The bay is deep until close in. The depth near the pier is around 3 m.

Berths

Only about 9 berths at the head of the pier, berth stern-to with a bow anchor or mooring line. Holding is poor and it is advisable to put out plenty of chain or warp. Winds from east through southeast to south will create a nasty sea inside the bay, these berths will then become unable to berth at in that case. And inside the harbour there may not be any guest berths available.

Fortsetzung, in nur 50 m Entfernung einige Restaurant, etwas weiter ein Spar. Landschaftlich unglaublich schön. Hier muss man gewesen sein. Kosten 35,- € für 10m-Boot Ende Juni 2024, gebucht über PortsIB.

Der Hafen von Figuera liegt an einer Fjordeinbuchtung. Die Einfahrt ist sehr eng. An der Hafenmole können 5 Boote mit direktem Landzugang anlegen. Gute Erreichbarkeit über Mail, Telefon und VHF Kanal 8. Neue, ansprechende Sanitärräume
