Description

Der große, fjordähnliche Naturhafen von Menorcas Hauptstadt bietet mehrere Marinas  und ist immer einen Besuch wert.

Dieser tiefe und geschützte Naturhafen liegt an der Südostseite Menorcas. Ansteuerung und Einfahrt sind einfach und unkompliziert und können auch bei rauem Wetter erfolgen. Die Einfahrt zwischen Punta de San Carles und der Halbinsel La Mola ist betonnt und beleuchtet. Einige Inseln liegen in der fjordähnlichen Bucht, aber das Wasser ist an den meisten Stellen tief bis dicht unter das Ufer.

Berths

Der Club Marítimo de Mahón wartet mit rund 50 Liegeplätzen auf  (bis 35 m), die mehrheitlich für Besucher zur Verfügung stehen; sehr zentrale Lage, aufgrund dessen auch sehr geschäftige Marina.
