Description

Tabia - Ruins of a Turkish fortress at Rt. Ratac built in 1862 south of Sutomore. Together with the northern Haj-Nehaj fortress, it served as a Turkish  border corridor. After the Congress of Berlin, the fortress belonged to Austria-Hungary, as did Haj-Nehaj Fortress. The bare hill on which the fortress was built is located directly on the sea and in 2016 the first archaeological excavations began.
From the site, a shore path leads to the fortress.
