According to official timetables, Plate lift bridge opens daily upon request at the following times:

April 1 – September 30: 8:30 a.m.; 9:30 a.m.; 11:00 a.m.; 12:30 p.m.; 2:00 p.m.; 3:30 p.m.; 5:00 p.m.; 6:00 p.m.

However, in practice, according to a user report dated 01.06.2026, the first morning opening is at 09:30 and the last evening opening is at 17:00.

Oct. 1 – Nov. 30: at request / by appointment

Dec. 1 – Mar. 31: Closed

Request bridge opening at the waiting area or by phone: +49 3871 451 759. 

Bridge openings must be requested beforhand. It will not be opened without prior notification. Special opening times are possible.

Stand Mai/Juni 2026: Hubbrücke wird vom sehr netten Schleusenmeister aus Banzkow bedient. Zum Bedienen fährt! er nach Plate und zurück . In der Zeit geht an der Schleuse Banzkow nix 😅. Erste Öffnung 9:30, letzte Öffnung 17:00. D.h. auch das Merkblatt MEK 2026 stimmt nicht. Anleger nord- und südseitig. Störkrug empfehlenswert 👍

Laut ELWIS wird die Hubbrücke 2026 erst im Mai öffnen, weil bis 30.04.2026 eine neue Fernsteueranlage eingebaut wird.

Achtung: bis Ende der Saison nur 3 Hubzeiten

Brücke bis Sommer 2025 geschlossen
