Yacht harbor on the south side of the fairway to the Great Jasmund Bodden

From the fairway to the Jasmund Bodden, you steer at buoy JB 27/V1 at 128.5° in the buoyed Vieregge fairway directly to the harbor. On both sides of the fairway, the otherwise sandy bottom is flat and stony.

Berths

There are 50 berths in the harbor basin at a water depth of 2.5m. The outside of the bulwark is to be kept free for the White Fleet.

Surroundings

Sanitary facilities are available in the harbor building. There is a bunker station in the harbor. The harbor kiosk and a grocery store (3 km in Neuenkirchen) offer limited supply options.

NV Land Guide

As recently as the 19th century, a small ferry boat crossed the Bodden between the villages of Kamminer Fähre and Vieregge. The small harbour basin opposite Vieregge can still be seen today, but has silted up. The ferry was also a mail boat for the Wittow peninsula.

The modern marina with adjoining vacation village offers visitors a starting point for exploring the typical Bodden landscape in the surrounding area.
