Description

A popular harbour which, despite its large number of berths, can fill up during the summer holidays. Mooring alongside on the outside is the easiest option. Stern-to berthing can be more challenging, especially in a strong crosswind, so it is advisable to use plenty of fenders and be prepared to assist neighbouring boats if necessary. Harbour staff are available to help.

The marina uses the Marina Booking app for which there are instructions here. Electricity is charged separately in advance and metered according to use.

The facilities are good. Showers and washing machines are paid for separately via QR code.

The harbour is centrally located in the heart of Southern Norway’s capital, with easy access to most amenities. Concerts are held at Fiskebrygga every Tuesday; they are close by but generally not disruptive and end at 23:00.

The inner harbor is within the breakwater. Maximum 45 feet in the inner harbor. In the inner harbor it is 2 - 3 meters deep. Shallower at the very end. Here you can moor longside on the outermost floating pier (A), in boxes (B), with bow / stern to shore (F) or alongside (G). Max 3.8 meters width on pier B. Boats over 35 feet should moor in area F or G. Boats under 35 feet on pier B.
