In the tide-dependent siel harbour lie the floating jetties of the Horumersiel Yacht Club, the Horumersiel Sailing Club and the Wangerland Yacht Club.

Navigation
The sieve harbour can be reached from buoy W2 via the Wanger Outer Deep. The tidal inlet is beaded on the stb. side and can be navigated with a draught of 1.5m up to half the depth. The mean tidal range in the harbour is 3.3m.

At low water there is no problem for keelboats, because the ground
consists of soft silt. Free places for guest berths are marked with
green signs.
The inner part of the southern quay is reserved for commercial
shipping.
