In the event of closure, the control station is manned regardless of operating hours. In the event of closure, a lockage procedure is carried out. Lock chamber: Length 34 m, width 14 m, clearance height when the bridge is closed: 4.60 m at MThw. Operating hours: (April 16 - October 31): Passages daily around the clock, with the following restrictions:
1. The bascule bridge closes automatically every hour for approx. 12 minutes between 11:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m. (pedestrian crossing).
2. Passages between 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. require advance notification by 10:00 p.m. the previous day.

(March 16 - April 15) and (November 1-15):
Passage from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Crossings from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. by prior arrangement by 10:00 p.m. the day before. (Nov. 16 - Mar. 15): Crossings by prior arrangement. Crossings on Saturday and Sunday must be arranged by 10:00 p.m. on Friday. Crossings on public holidays, as well as on December 24 and 31, must be registered the day before. Bridge position during operating hours: The bascule bridge is generally closed. It is opened on request. Advance registration: Telephone: 0421 / 62 67 950.
