According to the general order of 8.5.2023, it is forbidden to drive in the outlined roadstead area when a tanker is anchored in the Lubmin roadstead. It is forbidden for all other vehicle drivers to stay with their vehicles on the Lubmin roadstead.

Vehicles must maintain a safe distance of at least 0.5 nautical miles from the anchored vehicle.

Violations will reportedly be penalized.
