The safety zone established around the offshore wind farms "Meerwind Süd/Ost" and "Nordsee Ost" as well as the converter platforms "HelWin alpha" and "HelWin beta" must not be entered.
Exceptions are made for vehicles used for research, construction, maintenance, supply, and operation of the above-mentioned offshore facilities or for salvage and rescue purposes.
