July 2025 PRESS RELEASE

Due to the expiration of the Safety Certificate (General Inspection Protocol – P.G.E.) of the Floating Bridge (P/C) ΄΄AGIA MAVRA΄΄ L.P. 26 on 140001/07-25 and until completion of the docking works and issuance of a new safety certificate (P.G.E.) or its replacement by another vessel/floating structure that will be used for the same purpose, the operation and specifically, the raising of the catapults (opening) and the movement - rotation of the floating bridge regarding the passage of vessels are suspended at midnight today (00:01) and until further notice.

The ΄΄AGIA MAVRA΄΄ Military Base, Law 26, will exceptionally only be opened in extraordinary and urgent cases (e.g. search and rescue cases, etc.) only upon relevant order from our Service.

This measure aims to minimize the stress on the above floating ship construction, until the completion of its drydocking works and the issuance of a new Safety Certificate (SCC).
